You opened up my heart again and then much to my surprise, I found love.” That Bonnie Rait song always comes to mind when I think about my situation. I was an owner surrender. It hurts. I’m looking for a master but I don’t like all the games of competing for affection. I’m independent and I know I can be a bit of a pistol when I’m not in my ideal environment. You can see it in my piercing eyes. But what’s behind that look is a girl who needs to be loved. By you and only you. No spouse, no kids, no other pets…..just me and you. That’s when I’m happiest. That’s when I’m at my best. I’m Bonnie and I’m a female, salt & pepper Schnauzer with natural (stand-up) ears and a docked tail. I’m eight years old and I weigh a trim fifteen pounds.
