Butch

Crossed Over:  October 16, 2009

Butch came to MSRH and me via a wonderful schnauzer angel who unchained him from a tree where he had no water, no food and no shelter.  He could not stand and was nothing but skin and bones.  He held his head at 180 degree angle (vertigo).  He would try to walk and fall down.  He was one of the “kitchen” crew (we referred to it as Kimmie’s kitchen)!!  He knew when I would go to the treat jar and would come trotting over.  Even though he ate regularly, he did not gain weight.   We feel priviledged to have known him and given him a chance for a new life — living in the house, with clean & soft bedding, and regular meals.  Butch knew that we loved him and he will be surely missed.  Butch, you are now whole and can run and play — now that you have traveled over the Rainbow Bridge.   Schnauzerly yours,  Karen Coleman
