Billy came to MSRH on February 2, 2009. He was a very sweet boy and loved to cuddle and to sit on your lap. He enjoyed being with people and I will miss him very much. I fostered Billy most of the time that he was with us. When I was out of town, he was fostered by one of the following: Susan Singleton, Bruce and Gina Nero, Beverly Mattocks or Karen Coleman. I would like to thank them for giving Billy the love and affection that he deserved. I will miss his sweet little bark. With Love, Marilyn Malaney
