“It’s hard to believe that there’s nobody out there; It’s hard to believe that I’m all alone. At least I have her love - the city - she loves me. Lonely as I am, together we cry.” I’m Smokey Joe and I’m a male, salt & pepper Schnauzer with natural ears and a docked tail. I’m about five years old and I weigh seventeen pounds. I’m crate trained and house trained. It would be fun to play all day with you! I love to play tug of war - my favorite! I’d also like a home with a garden hose. That thing is so cool! I love to chase the water and try to get a drink from the hose! My only peculiar thing is that I hate the washer and dryer! When that thing is running, I’m running for cover! I would be best in a home where I’m the only four-legged friend. I want your one-on-one attention and don’t care for other dogs (or children) “invading my space”! I’m a bit of a singer….and if you start singing, I’m going to sing / howl right along with you! It’s our special bond! “I don’t ever wanna feel like I did that day; Take me to the place I love, take me all the way!” I don’t want to be “Under The Bridge”.
