KVPAC Arts For All Festival – March 27 – Katy, TX
The Katy Visual Performing Arts Center will present the “Arts For All Festival” on March 27, 2010 in Katy, TX. An “Art Dog Parade” will be part of the fun and MSRH would like to participate.
