Born: October 30, 2001 Crossed Over: May 10, 2010We adopted Gizmo from MSRH about nine years ago when she was just eight months old. She was the best dog we ever had – she wasn’t a barker, or a whiner and she dearly loved everyone she met. She had natural ears and a natural tail and we used to laugh that there was probably some squirrel out there looking for its tail! We have had so many fosters and Gizmo was the perfect hostess to every one that we brought home. She was a true companion with unconditional love. Complications from her diabetes and blindness finally caught up with her and though we will miss her greatly, we also know that she is no longer suffering. It makes us smile when we picture Gizmo on Gloria’s mom’s lap giving her face a real cleaning! We love you – and miss you lots!
