Hi!! My name is Don and I was one year old on March 6th of this year. I am a black neutered male and I weigh almost 13 pounds. I have had all my shots and have been micro chipped.

I am looking for a very loving home as I love to play. I can walk on a leash and I am crate trained. I have not learned how to use the doggy door at my foster home, but I am sure that my foster mom plans on teaching me!!!! I seem to be house trained, but have not been at my foster home long enough to really know.

I don’t bark alot but I do have a voice!! I am getting along with the other fosters at my home and am ready for my own home. If you would like a very sweet, cuddly boy, please ask for me on your application.

Jimmy is a beautiful white male Schnauzer . He is 20lbs and has natural ears and a docked tail. He was given up on his 1st birthday because he wasn’t getting enough attention. He is very active. He loves playing ball and will bring the ball back to you for as long as you let him. He is good with the kids at his foster home, but is not at all trustworthy around other dogs. He would like to be the only one getting all the love. He will not be adopted to a home with other dogs.

This is Shakespeare and Coco. They have to be adopted together. Shakespeare was born on 2/15/07 and weighs 16.2 pounds and has been neutered. Coco was born on 2/26/05 and weighs 9.4 pounds and has been spayed. Both have been micro chipped. They are very sweet and would like to find a very loving home where they will be together and give you lots of kisses. Coco is a yorkie poo and Shakespeare is a Schnauzer. We are working on the house training and they do not know how to use a doggy door yet. They are also working on using a leash. Stanley is a 1 year old black male with natural ears and a docked tail. He weighs about 15 lbs. If you are interested in meeting him, ask for him on your application. Full biography and picture to follow.

We are so happy to have Rex Morgan Harris as part of our family. Our daughter, Alli, has had a Miniature Schnauzer for eight years, so our son, Mark, wanted one of his own also.
Rex sleeps with Mark every night. This is a picture of Rex’s first night in his new home.

My name is Pepper. I am originally from Dallas, but oh, so glad to be in Houston. I am around 8 years old, but act much younger. My previous owner had me for 6 years. I have been neutered, given all my shots and micro chipped. I am house trained and know how to use the doggy door. I love to play and get along with my other fosters. I am looking for just that right home!!! I am a little over weight, but my foster mom is working on that. We go for a walk every day and I think she said that we are walking a mile (whatever that is). My name is Maggie Mae. I am 4-5 years old and very playful. I have had all of my shots and am microchipped. I am learning how to use the doggy door. I am for the most part house trained. I love to play and get along with my other fosters. I am crate trained. I was very matted when MSRH received me from Harris County. I would like to thank Pets Mart for grooming me. I feel much better now. I had some moles on me and Jersey Village Animal Hospital took them off and that made me feel a whole bunch better. They also gave me a dental. Talk about nice people. They really know how to treat animals with kindness. Thanks Jersey Village Animal Hospital!!!!

This is Daltry. He is three years old and was heartworm positive. He also had some other health issues which have been resolved. He is ready to be adopted. He does have a thyroid condition. He has had all of his shots and has been neutered. He has a micro chip. He knows how to use a doggy door and gets along with his other fosters.If you would like to meet Daltry, please fill out an application and ask for him.

Cooper Jay is an 11 month old salt & pepper male. He is a little guy and weighs 12 pounds. He has natural ears, a docked tail, he’s been neutered and microchipped and is ready to go home. He wants someone who loves puppy kisses, loves to snuggle, and be followed around the house. He needs a patient family who will help him to remember that the potty is outside of the house. He’s a baby so he likes to put things in his mouth that are not appropriate (like a whole roll of paper towels). You would think someone who is this cute and cuddly would love kids, but he doesn’t love how fast they move and doesn’t trust them. So please only ask about him if the youngest person in the house is a teenager. His foster mommy loves him to pieces and wants a home for him where he gets as much love.
