Miniature Schnauzer Rescue of Houston

My name is Murray Alan and I am two years old. I realize that I am not a full blooded Schnauzer, but I do have some Schnauzer in me. I was vetted at Tomball College and they took me through my heartworm treatment. I am ready for a home with children as I am a very sweet boy and want to be very active. I have a micro chip and have been neutered. I don’t like to be crated but I do know how to use the doggy door and I am house trained. If you would like a very energetic boy, please ask for me when filling out the application.

Hi!! I am Cassidy and I have successfully finished heartworm treatment and am ready for my forever home. I weigh almost 15 pounds and am two years old. I am crate trained and know how to use the doggy door. I love to play and do well with the other foster Schnauzers in my foster home. My name is Kirby. I am two years old and my birthday is February 14th. I have had all of my shots, a microchip and have been neutered.
My foster mom calls me the miracle Schnauzer as after I had been neutered, they found out that I had been hit by a car and my diaphragm had split. I was in pretty bad shape. Dr. Dayton at Parker Road Animal Hospital operated on me and now I am like brand new!!!! He said I was very lucky as very few dogs survive with their diaphragm split. I have learned to use a doggy door and have very few accidents in the house. I may still need a little guidance, but I am really smart and try really hard. I am crate trained and I also love to sit in my foster mom’s lap. I have natural ears and a beautiful natural tail.

This is Billy. He is two years old and has finished his heartworm treatment. He is around 20 pounds, has natural ears and a docked tail. He is a blond Schnauzer and plays well with the other Schnauzers in his foster home. He is crate trained and knows how to use the doggy door. He has been microchipped and neutered. Wow!  Lots of my friends have been adopted and now it is my turn to be adopted into a new forever home.  I’m healthy and handsome ….. and I’m on my way to make someone very happy!  I’m so thrilled, I may even let them pick me up once in a while (for a nice big treat of course)!  Stay tuned for a new picture and a new story about my adventures in my new forever home!

This is Bee-Bop. Bee-Bop is a 2 year old, very energetic male schnauzer that has his natural ears but a cropped tail. He is house trained; gets along great with other animals, and LOVES being around people. He is good at riding around in cars and is currently being taught to walk on a leash.

Unfortunately, Bee-Bop’s parents got ill and had to give him up. I think he would be great in a household with children because he loves the attention. If you are looking for a very easing going dog Bee-Bop is the guy.

My name is Maggie Jane. I am a precious S/P Schnauzer girl with natural ears and a docked tail. I am 10 months old, my birthday is June 6, 2007 and I weigh 16 pounds.

There are three words that best describe me … SWEET, LOVING and GENTLE. I have lots of puppy energy, am full of curiosity and just a real loving sweetheart. I am at a perfect age for training and am learning the basic commands of sit and stay. I can walk on a leash and am almost housetrained.

I am NOT crated and never want to be; I love sleeping in the big bed with my foster mom, I am a great cuddlier.

I like playing with my Schnauzers friends so it would be nice to have a 4-legged companion to keep me company. I love my squeaky toys and also enjoy riding in the car.

I am an alpha mini but I play well with my Schnauzer friends here so I really would like a 4-legged companion to be with especially if you are gone during the day. I also enjoy riding in the car and going on road trips.
