Miniature Schnauzer Rescue of Houston

Wow - that was a quick change of scenery!  One minute I’m being shown the door, the next minute I’m rescued by MSRH and the next minute I’m in a brand new forever home with my new mom and dad, Chris & Greg!  This place is SO much better!  I’m going to love it here - and I already love my new family!  Stay tuned for new stories and pictures of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH!

“Now if you’re feelin’ kinda low ’bout the dues you’ve been paying;  Future’s coming much too slow.  And you wanna run but somehow you just keep on stayin’;  Can’t decide on which way to go!”  I decided which way to go - to a forever home - and that’s exactly what happened when my new mom & dad, Mandy & Heath, and their lovely children - Blair, Carter & Jillian, came to carry me away to Kingwood!  And when I got here I found out I have a canine sister too, Chloe!  Everyone is smiling in this home - especially me!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH - you taught me to ‘take a look ahead’ and gave me my ‘peace of mind’!

“Call me a fool - a renegade romantic!  Tell me there’s no cure for something this enchanting!  I get lost in your eyes, like a gambler in gold.  And I’m watching for signs of the heart you stole!  Almost heaven - it’s here inside our hearts tonight!”  Look at all these smiles and you just know it’s true!  I’m the luckiest dog alive now that my new mom & dad, Christy & Dwayne, along with their two beautiful children have carried me away to their forever home!  My new family has such big hearts, they even made a generous donation to help my friend Dice with his cataract surgery costs!  Special people in this house!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH - you helped me make it to the other side….it feels like heaven!

“But I close my eyes and one more time, we’re spinnin’ around and you’re holdin’ on tightly.  The words came out, I kissed your mouth;  No Fourth of July has ever burned so brightly!”  What a special Fourth of July this will be - I’ve been adopted into the forever home of my new mom & dad, Lana & Mike and my new, beautiful sister, Nicole!  This family is the greatest and the loving sparks are already flying between us!  Mom reports that I’m settling in very well and that I’m a perfect fit for the family!  I knew it!!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH - you put on a spectacular show!

Some dogs that are rescued by MSRH are just plain lucky.  Not me….I’m SUPER lucky!  No one thought I would make it when I was brought into my foster mom’s home.  But over nine months, they nursed me back to health and made me adoption ready.  But once I was adoption ready, my foster mom & dad couldn’t see me with anyone else - and so they became my forever mom & dad, Pat & Jerry!  Now I can help welcome other fosters into the MSRH system!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH - home is where your heart is!

My new mom and dad, Jonnie and John, said they had plenty of balls for me to play with….and that’s all it took for me to sprint to their forever home!  But I found that I got so much more!  I’m one lucky Schnauzer and I’m going to do my best to make them glad they chose me!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH - you really know how to Play Ball!

“I realize the way your eyes deceived me; With tender looks that I mistook for love.  So take away the flowers that you gave me;  And send the kind that you remind me of.  Paper roses!  That was all in my past and what I wanted in life was a forever home where the flowers were real and where the love was warm and real!  And that’s exactly what I got when Linda & Lonnie, my new mom & dad, came to take me to their forever home!  I even have a new sister, named Phoebe, that dad is holding!  We like cuddling on dad’s lap too!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH - you made a beautiful bouquet with this adoption!
