“No matter what you are, I will always be with you!  No matter what you do, I will always be around!  Nothing to say, nothing to see, nothing to do!  If you would give me all, as I would give it to you…..”  I’m that kind of guy.  Committed.  And I found a committed forever home with my new mom, Laura!  She was my foster.  She was m friend.  Now she’s my mom!!  My mom is known here at MSRH simply as “Mom”….and it’s easy to see why!  Loving. “In the burning heart, just about to burst;  There’s a quest for answers, an unquenchable thirst!  In the darkest night, rising like a spire;  In the burning heart, the unmistakable fire!”  I had a fire inside of me…to find a loving forever home…and that’s just what I found when my new dad, David, came to take me to his loving forever home!  Dad reports in that I’ve settled in nicely.  I’ve been on my best behavior and I think that’s what leads to trips to the dog park!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH – it’s your burning heart that helps find homes for lonely Schnauzers!

“I just want to be me, with everything it means.  I don’t want to be treated cold.  And often left alone.  I deserve better than that!”  It happened!  I found the perfect forever home where love and patience overcomes the past!  Where hands are warm and are only for petting.  Where words are spoken, not screamed.  I’m with my new dad, Neill, and we’re the perfect pair!  I finally get to be me!  And the ‘me’ I’m going to be is the best forever pet for him!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH – you believed in me….and found me a dad that believes in me too!

“Somewhere out there beneath the pale moonlight, someone’s thinking of me and loving me tonight.  Somewhere out there someone’s saying a prayer that we’ll find one another in that big somewhere out there.  And even though I know how very far apart we are, it helps to think we might be wishing on the same bright star!”  I had the best foster home any dog could ask for….and then the story got better when mom decided to make me her own!  So now “Mr. Magoo” as she likes to call me, is part of the family….my mom, Adele, and my two four-legged siblings, Webster and Moose!  In the center picture, that’s Webster on the left, then Moose (also adopted from MSRH) and then me!  Mom is a special gal and though I’m along in my years, she’s making the most of our time together!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH - ”Somewhere out there, where dreams come true!”

First, I was lucky enough to be one that was rescued.  Then, I was lucky enough to be placed in a loving foster home while I waited for my forever home.  And then, my foster home became my loving forever home when my new mom & dad, Betty & Oscar, decided they could never bear to see me go!  They said I was fitting in perfectly in their home!  I love it when a plan comes together!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH – Glad you were part of the plan!

“Sometimes I’ve wondered;  I didn’t understand just where you were trying to go.  Only you knew the plan.”  And the plan was to bring me to a loving forever home!  I’m with my new mom & dad, Amy & John, along with their wonderful children (that’s my buddy Jonathan with me in the swing) and my new best four-legged friend, Reuben!   Mom & dad adopted Reuben from MSRH about a year ago and now they wanted me too!  It is perfect here – I’ve found my forever home!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH – you help us ’when the road turns’.

“Baby, my heart is full of love and desire for you!  Now come on down and do what you’ve gotta do!”  That’s just what happened when my new forever family came to pick me up and take me to their loving forever home!  I’ve got a mom & dad, Bonnie & Max, a human sibling, Kyle, and two four-legged best friends, Callie & Chloe!  You just can’t write a script any better than this!  Mom reports in that I’m settling in nicely and getting used to my new surroundings.  That’s easy to do when there’s so much love!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH – “You started this fire down in my soul!”

“Only as far as I reach can I grow;  Only as far as I seek can I go.  Only as deep as I look can I see;  Only as much as I dream can I be.”  I dreamed it and I received it….a loving forever home with my new mom & dad, Randa & Tim, a wonderful human brother, Chandler, and a four-legged best friend named Astro!!  This is a special place and I’m going to be the perfect pet!  Mom reports in that they were thankful for me on Thanksgiving!  She said I’m doing great and I’m a blessing!  Thanks mom!  Stay tuned for new pictures and stories of my forever home adventures!  Thanks MSRH – you’re the best!
